Last month, I had the opportunity to be introduced to a very talented up and coming nail artist, new in the industry and yet with many unique designs.  Her name is Clio and she is a nail artist from Greece. 1.So when did you start working as a nail artist Clio? Well, January 2007 took the classes and from March same year I was starting getting involved
